Personal Training Policies

  1. PT sessions must be used within the 1-month package dates. An additional week is given to complete sessions.
  2. To purchase personal training sessions without time limitations, purchasing PT single sessions is recommended.
  3. Expired packages/sessions cannot be refunded or reactivated.
  4. Membership pause is allowed for travel with itinerary or sickness with a doctor’s note.
  5. Payment/Renewals must be made before new sessions are conducted.
  6. No shows (without reasonable explanation) count as a session. Please give at least 24-hour notice of cancellation.

Group Fitness Policies

  1. Days can be rebooked anytime during the same week but cannot be rolled over to the following week.
  2. Memberships are paused with proof only for travel with itinerary or sickness with a doctor’s note.
  3. Expired memberships cannot be refunded or reactivated.

Open Gym Policies

  1. Memberships are paused with proof only for travel with itinerary or sickness with a doctor’s note.
  2. Unused expired memberships cannot be refunded or reactivated.
  3. Membership must be up to date in order to use the facility.

Tandem (2) Training Policies

  1. PT sessions must be used within the 1-month package dates. An additional week is given to complete sessions.

  4. Whether one or both persons show, it counts as a tandem session. Please discuss mutually agreed-upon scheduling with your training partner before selecting this service.
  5. Membership pause is allowed for travel with itinerary or sickness with a doctor’s note.
